- Choice of nine plans.
- Picks up where Medicare leaves off by paying your Medicare Part A (hospital) and Part B (medical) deductibles (d) and coinsurance (d). Coverage levels depend on the plan you choose.
- Save up to 50 percent on gym memberships, weight loss programs, LASIK vision surgery and other non-covered products and services through the BluePerks discount program.
- Includes an AirMed International Membership which provides air medical transportation back to a hospital close to home if you are hospitalized while traveling more than 150 miles from home.
