Who Is Eligible?

You must be:

• A resident of Tennessee
• 65 years of age or older
• Enrolled in Medicare Part A and Part B

If you enroll within the first six months of your enrollment in Medicare Part B, you cannot be denied coverage.

Once you purchase a BlueCross65 policy, your coverage is guaranteed to renew each year, just like your Medicare coverage. Your monthly premiums are based on your age as of January 1 the year your coverage becomes effective. Your monthly premiums will increase each year based on your age, in addition to any other increases in premiums required.
