(2) Preventive Care includes things like cancer screenings and immunizations.

(3) The Annual Out-of-Pocket Maximum is the maximum amount you will have to pay in a calendar year for your medical expenses. Once you reach this amount, your plan pays 100 percent of your covered expenses.
