BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee cares about your health. As a member you will have a wealth of resources to help you manage a chronic condition or keep yourself healthy. 

As a member you will have a health coach working with you to:

• Remind you about important preventive services covered at 100 percent by your plan such as annual physicals and preventive cancer screenings.
• Guide you through health management programs designed to give you assistance with issues such as chronic conditions, hospitalizations, complex situations like organ transplantation and options for end of life care.

You’ll have other resources including:

• Quarterly newsletters with important reminders about your benefits and health information.
• A free telephonic health information library available 24 hours a day.
• An online Personal Health Manager to help you track your doctor’s appointments, medications and vital signs and tests. Personal Health Manager also provides information on your specific medical conditions.
