Participating businesses, practitioners and physicians are solely responsible for providing products and services, and the quality of the products and services. You are solely responsible for payment for the products and services you receive.

Note to BlueAdvantage members: This is a value-added item. The products and services described below are neither offered nor guaranteed under our contract with the Medicare program. In addition they are not subject to the Medicare appeals process. Any disputes regarding these products and services may be subject to BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee’s grievance process.

Your BluePerks discounts are offered through an arrangement with discount service providers such as American WholeHealth Networks, Davis Vision, TruVision, Jenny Craig, and others.
