Once you purchase a BlueCross65 policy, your coverage is guaranteed to renew each year, just like your Medicare coverage. Your monthly premiums are based on your age as of January 1 the year your coverage becomes effective.
Your monthly premiums will increase each year based on your age, in addition to any other required increases in premiums.
