How to Enroll

Four Steps to Enrolling Online

1. Get Started

In the get started screen, we ask some questions about your age and current state of health. These answers don’t affect your premium costs. We use the information to help us understand our members and plan for future benefits.

2. Add Drugs

This step is optional, but if you have prescription drugs you are already taking, you might want to add them at this stage. You’ll notice that as you add a drug, we’ll keep track for you. If you wish to skip this step, you can.

3. Add Pharmacy

Adding a pharmacy is also optional, but you need to make sure that the pharmacies, doctors and other providers you already use are covered by the plan you’re considering.

4. Compare Plans

On the compare plans screen, you’ll see the plans available to you along with an estimate of the total costs in each plan. You can compare up to three plans from here. Plus, you can use the physician and pharmacy directories to make sure your providers are included in the plan.

Once you find a plan that works for you, enrollment is easy. Click the blue ENROLL IN THIS PLAN button.

Option 1: Enroll by Phone

Call 1-888-770-8840 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. ET, 7 days a week.

Option 2: Enroll by Mail

Download and print the enrollment form for your plan:

BlueAdvantage (PPO)SM Form

BlueEliteSM (Medicare Supplement) Form

After you complete the form, review it for accuracy and sign it. Keep a copy for your records. Mail your completed form to the address listed on the enrollment form cover page.


Option 3: Enroll on Medicare.gov

Medicare beneficiaries may also enroll in Medicare Advantage through the CMS Medicare Online Enrollment Center located at http://www.medicare.gov.

Please note: Unless you are enrolling during the Annual Election Period your coverage will likely begin on the first day of the month after the month we receive your completed enrollment form.
