Staying Active Exercise Basics

Here are a few tips to getting started with your exercise regimen:

  • Make an appointment to talk with your doctor about the level of physical activity you should be trying and whether your health is cause for any exercise restrictions.

  • Work out with a spouse or friend. You’ll have an accountability partner, and you’ll enjoy the camaraderie.
